AS: Milan have set their sights on PSG striker – agent Wanda Nara could be a key ally

AC Milan are interested in the idea of a sensational swoop for Paris Saint-Germain striker Mauro Icardi, according to a report.

Calciomercato.it reported on Sunday that Milan are keen on a possible move for Icardi, who is not finding much space in Thomas Tuchel’s PSG side. His wife/agent Wanda Nara even congratulated Milan for their recent derby win.

Icardi is seen as the ideal centre-forward to replace Ibrahimovic and could join early to learn from him until he retires. The management could offer the following: a €10m paid loan with an option or obligation to buy set at €40m.

According to Spanish outlet AS, the future of Icardi may be away from Paris. He has been out with a knee injury since the beginning of October, but the Rossoneri still have him in their sights for the winter market.

The report adds that the ambition of the club has grown and the possibility of fighting for titles is being considered, and therefore the Rossoneri management must think about the risk they are running by having Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the only striker.

Milan could have an important ally in Wanda Nara as she would like her partner to return to Italy, where she wants her children to grow up.
