Sportitalia: Striker sensing the culmination of a dream as Milan make concrete enquiries

By Oliver Fisher -

Andrea Belotti’s future continues to be the subject of discussion and it appears as though AC Milan are still well in the running to land him, a report claims.

According to Sportitalia (via MilanNews), Belotti’s deal will expire at the end of the season and talks over a potential renewal are blocked at the moment with nothing to suggest that there will be an opening any time soon.

There is no shortage of hypotheses regarding where he might end up with clubs like Toronto in the MLS willing to put big money on the table to tempt him to follow Lorenzo Insigne across the Atlantic in June.

There are some high-level clubs in England and LaLiga that are keen on the 28-year-old, but it should be noted that Milan are collecting information in a concrete way regarding the possibility of signing the forward.

For Belotti – who has been an AC Milan fan since he was a child – it would be the culmination of a dream for him, implying the Rossoneri have a preferential lane.
