AC Milan are aware that Andrea Belotti wants to make his boyhood dream come true by joining in the summer but they have asked for time to reflect, a report claims.
Alfredo Pedulla confirms the news doing the rounds in that Belotti has an expiring contract and there are no margins as things stand for a renewal with Torino, while the player himself wants to move to Milan – the team he supported as a child – and believes this is the right time to do so.
There have been contacts between his entourage and the Milan management but there must be some patience. However, Belotti will wait without any real immediate urgency for an answer given that we are only in February.
Milan could make investments in other departments such as signing Sven Botman and Renato Sanches so they may not have an unlimited budget for the striker, which is where Belotti could be the right opportunity, while the 28-year-old wants to look for solutions in Italy before evaluating foreign offers.
