Bennacer provides firm answer to question about Milan future: “Of course”

By Isak Möller -

Ismael Bennacer was the only goalscorer for AC Milan in the 3-1 defeat against Torino, converting a penalty in the second half. After the game, the midfielder was asked about his future with the Rossoneri and provided a firm response.

Bennacer has had a tough season, recovering from a knee surgery and struggling to get consistent playing time in the second half. However, in the last few weeks, he has improved and will be able to end the season with a relatively good feeling.

After the game last night, the midfielder spoke to DAZN and was asked about his future with Milan. Although he provided a firm response, the Rossoneri are indeed willing to listen to offers, with several clubs in Saudi Arabia expressing an interest.

Will you stay at Milan? What more can you give?

“Of course, every year I try to give something more. I have been here at Milan for six years. I have to learn this role as a leader and to be an example.”

Bennacer has a release clause of €50m in his contract and it would be difficult for Milan to reject anything over €40m, especially given his performances in the last year and a half or so. Then again, the player seems keen on staying and proving himself.

  1. What a dumb question to ask… Ben already won the league in his early 20s…

    Ask Zlatan…

The COVID era videos that he uploaded training at home.

Ben is a beast. However, Milan Lab if that mockery still exist must put an end to his injuries. He is made out of crystal…

  2. Would be nice to see Ben under a different coach with better tactics. There’s a reason why Ben was so loved in the past and I don’t want to believe that Ben is completely gone.

  3. This present Milan team is not as bad as we think is just that we don’t have a better tactical coach
    I stand to be corrected

  4. Tonali also said he wants to stay forever and then next season Furlani sold him lol. The same could happen to Bennacer.

    1. Kessie and Hakan also said that they wanna stay and then Maldini gifted them to other teams, LOL.
Thankfully he isn’t around anymore for the same thing to happen to our other players.

      1. Different with Tonali, Kessie and Hakan doesn’t want to renew.

But hey, i guess you enjoyed Furlani who gave Tonali to Newcastle. Let’s see what are you gonna say when Furlani start giving more of our players to other teams lmao.

        1. Berlusconi, the king himself sold TS33 and Zlatan against their will, why crucify the Muricans?
If Italy was that favorable as it was, Berlusconi would have died as Milan president. Even him couldn’t meet the high standards he set.

Look, even Inter Milan sell their biggest stars every season, yet they remain competitive. Only in my darling club when we loose a player, everything crumbles.

Selling has always been a part of the business especially in Italy.
Replacing the players has always been the problem.
Imagine Zambo Anguissa being offered to Milan then, but M&M rejected him, for around 12m we would have effectively replaced Kessie.

        2. “Furlani who gave Tonali to Newcastle”

Gave?????? Furlani robbed Newcastle. He had them pay massively overpriced sum for him. And if he hadn’t sold Tonali, we would have been screwed because of Tonali’s ban and lack of midfielders.
