It was a quite simply special night for AC Milan as they became the champions of Italy for the 19th time in their history thanks to the win against Sassuolo.
It is almost impossible to compile all of the best bits from the celebrations that ensued at the Mapei Stadium, back at Casa Milan and all over the city of Milano, but we have tried out best anyway starting with Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s reception when entering the field during the presentation.
