AC Milan appear to be pushing full steam ahead in their bid to sign Sven Botman from Lille as his entourage are in Italy, a report claims.
The transfer window shut less than a fortnight ago but as we know by now situations always remain fluid in view of the next mercato, and it seems as though the Rossoneri are willing to spend a bit more in view of next season.
According to MilanNews, Botman’s agent could meet the Rossoneri management in Milan today, because a photo published by his agent showed them in the stands of San Siro for last night’s Coppa Italia quarter-final win against Lazio.
Milan have chosen the Dutchman as their number one target to reinforce the centre of defence in the summer and they are wasting no time in trying to beat the competition to his signature. The report adds that the operation could be discussed – and perhaps concluded – soon.
