Alex Jimenez seems more and more likely to leave AC Milan this summer, and he could be heading to the Premier League.

In the past few days, Milan have opened themselves up to a deal for Jimenez with Como and then Roma pursuing a deal quite heavily. However, the Spaniard could now be heading elsewhere.

Daniele Longo reported that the Rossoneri had decided that he would leave the club on Thursday afternoon, with Como leading the race. Though the Cherries also became involved at a similar time, looking to explore the possibility of a deal.

Jimenez to depart?

In the evening, though, our colleague from SempreMilan.it, Luca Maninetti, has reported that Bournemouth are now the leading option. Roma and Como are still in the race, it seems, but the English club are now the favourites.

The Serie A clubs had both favoured a loan-to-buy situation, but if Andoni Iraola’s side are able to buy him this summer, it could offer other avenues elsewhere for different players.

Real Madrid also have a buy-back clause next summer worth only €12 million, so it will be intriguing to see what and if any impact there is from Los Blancos this summer, especially with them previously considering a move.

    1. Did you see what he said in the press conference? Nobody is asking him who is bought or sold, that is how he described it.

  1. He is a very talented player, but that lack of discipline and lack of professionalism were the reasons why Real Madrid let him leave too.
    Its a shame.

      1. True.
The same reasons that got Theo out of Real Madrid, also got Theo out of Milan and European football as a whole.

    1. He’s walking red card just waiting to happen. Has no control over his temper whatsoever. I thought he was going to turn green and rip his shirt and murder the ref against Cremonese if Pulisic didn’t shove him away. And the ref gave him the call…
      Can’t trust someone like that.

  2. A lot of rough edges, but he gives his all usually. Perfect sparkplug guy to come off the bench and get in the opponent’s face. But I guess he’s gone. The transition to a team with zero personality continues.

  3. Bro Jimenez is a gem. Wtf why would we let him go it’s just stupid to me. SMH. He didn’t got enough playing time

    1. He’s a complete hot-head who can’t control his temper and will surely cost the team games by getting thrown out of matches. If not for that I would say keep him but you can’t trust a player who can’t control his rage.

  4. After all Milan did for him, this piece of shіt literally disrespected Allegri and companions.
If there was Gattuso, he would have punched him in the face.
    Good riddance👉

  5. Well considering he is the best youth player we have, he must be sold!

Hugely talented gem, if we sell him and keep Musah then there is no hope for this club!
It’s like the management are a bunch of children. They need to learn how to build and manage a team

    1. You realize you are talking about a player that has zero goals, 1 assist and 7 yellow cards now in Serie A. He has the anger control of the Incredible Hulk. The dude has mental problems.

      1. He’s just turned 20. I love his hunger and desire, added to the talent that makes a huge prospect.
The rough edges can be ironed out.
He’s a weapon and 10 times the player Musah is.

  6. After one or two seasons , Bournemouth will sell him for 60 millions , right ? And our management will regret. They never learn. You have to squeeze everything from a player before to sell him, to understand his true full potential.
