Tuttosport: Camarda, Jashari and Leoni – the ‘Tare method’ is fully operational

At Casa Milan they don’t want to talk about a revolution, when the feeling is that this is exactly what is happening with Igli Tare in charge of everything.

Tuttosport (via MilanNews) report that the leadership have decided to rely on the methodology of Tare, who in yesterday’s informal press conference revealed the guidelines and market strategies for a Milan that aims to immediately become competitive, especially in Italy.

A quick decision

After the less than idyllic management last season, Milan have decided to send Francesco Camarda on loan to guarantee him (finally) consistent senior minutes. In the last few days there has been talk of Serie B and Udinese, but in the end the 2008 class will become a new Lecce player.

A better choice could not have been made, also because the young striker will end up working with Eusebio Di Francesco and Pantaleo Corvino, two who we can say know a thing or two about talents.

The formula is a loan with an option to buy and a buy-back, also because Milan have no intention of losing Francesco Camarda, who represents their future.

New midfield name

Tare has also decided to strongly bet on Ardon Jashari, listening also to his coach. The Club Brugge star is Massimiliano Allegri’s first choice and the latest bid worth ovr €30m shows this. The idea is also to make a significant financial effort to satisfy the needs of the coach.

The talks could drag on because the Belgian side value Jashari at as much as €40m, a figure that far exceeds Milan’s possibilities in terms of a transfer fee for a single operation.

It is therefore predicted to be a Charles De Ketelaere-style operation, with the need to be patient and the hope that – if it were to come to fruition – the sporting results would be decidedly better.

A Leoni for the defence

Tare feels he is in pole position for Giovanni Leoni. This is what was reported by Tuttosport, who however specified that in order to land the Parma starlet, Milan first needs to make a sale in that department.

This was confirmed by the sporting director himself during his words yesterday. The intention to bring Leoni to the Rossoneri is there, as is the player’s appreciation for the destination and that of Max Allegri.

Yet, Milan seriously risk being left out of this game of interlocking pieces if the competition decide to go for the young Italian talent.
