Fikayo Tomori arrived at Milan in January on a six-month loan from Chelsea, where he had been struggling to get playing time. The Rossoneri managed to include a buy-out clause and given how he’s performed, this is crucial.
The English centre-back has quickly adapted to Italian football and Stefano Pioli’s system, even benching the Rossoneri’s captain Alessio Romagnoli. It’s clear, therefore, that he has the qualities to become a very good player.
Even though it’s still early, there have already been some debates regarding the €28m buy-out clause in his contract and whether Milan should exercise it. On Twitter, we asked if the Rossoneri should indeed sign him for that price.
Most of the answers were the same, with a simple ‘yes’, while one wrote ‘can’t find a better deal’ and others ‘good business’. The fans are already in love with the player, it seems, and you can certainly understand why.
❓ Four questions for our followers…

If they really meant what they say about building a young and talented team for the future then they shouldn’t lose him.
Brahim is fundamental for the future of the team. He is swift, technical sound and intelligent player. In my opinion he should be included more regularly!
He should def play over Krunic. But we shouldn’t pay 25m for him. Would have rather have signed Szobozlai for tab $$. Tomori s is a MUST.
