AC Milan’s Primavera side won their first game of 2023 as they poured further misery on the league’s bottom side Cesena this afternoon.
Ultimately the turning point in the game came in the 44th minute as the hosts were reduced to ten men, with Polli getting his marching orders for a nasty challenge from behind on Nsiala, giving Milan a man advantage.
Then, Igzanio Abate’s side broke the deadlock just over the break through what was a big moment for Dariusz Stalmach as he scored his first Primavera goal, finding the bottom corner with a well-placed strike.

From there onwards it would be fairly straightforward for Abate’s side as a second goal came from Youns El Hilali, via an assist from Chaka Traore who continues his good form after returning from an injury lay-off.

The third goal came with 15 minutes to play when Stalmach added an assist to his goal with a headed through ball to Diego Sia, who scored on the half-volley.
