CF: Milan and Inter accelerating plans for new stadium with document to be presented soon

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan and Inter are set to present a revised version of their plans for their new state of the art stadium to the City Council, a report claims.

According to Calcio e Finanza, the two clubs are accelerating their plans to try and finalise everything regarding the ‘new San Siro’ and are ready to resume talks after a few months in which they have worked to alter their plans to satisfy the Council.

Back on 29 October 2019, the Council gave their first conditional green light after an initial feasibility study, and as part of that it was agreed that only a certain volume would be allowed and that the current Meazza will be refurbished.

Inter and Milan are in fact finalising the creation of a document to be presented to the Council of Milan, in which the companies will respond and adhere to the 16 conditions set by the Palazzo Marino.
