Mediaset: Chelsea, Man City and Real Madrid to observe Milan star in Qatar

The World Cup in Qatar will provide an opportunity for Rafael Leao to impress the clubs that will watch him in action, while AC Milan will observe him nervously.

Speaking on SportMediaset (via MilanNews), Claudio Raimondi explained that the player will make his World Cup debut today with Portugal and if he were to provide bright performances during the tournament in Qatar, he could attract further attention.

Milan are still firm on their renewal offer of €6m net per season which comes with the pledge of helping Leao with the €19.5m fine jointly owed to Sporting CP with his former club Lille.

We must see if this will be enough to get the renewal, without forgetting that clubs like Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid can guarantee him a higher salary and will watch him in action at the World Cup. Leao’s future therefore also depends on how he does for his country.
