Despite having only been at Milan for 10 months, Paqueta has already worked under three different managers and has switched between being a midfielder and a winger in the process.
According to Calciomercato.com, there are still things to be figured out regarding the 23-year-old, such as whether he is a mezz’ala or a trequartista.
Milan’s ‘problem’ is that Paqueta’s flashes of brilliance have been isolated and not very often, but Stefano Pioli has reportedly embarked on a mission to make him one of the leaders of the squad.
Despite this, Leonardo and Paris Saint-Germain are now lurking in the background, and in January they could apparently test Milan with a €60million bid.
Therefore, Paqueta’s future all depends on what the player wants to do and how he sees himself best developing.
