Today is the first day of preseason training for AC Milan’s Primavera team, but Chaka Traore will not be there with them.
Calciomercato.com write how the Primavera are starting their training camp today under the orders of Ignazio Abate ahead of what is an important campaign. In 2022-23 they reached the final four of the UEFA Youth League, but perhaps at the expense of form domestically.
One of the key men in that European run was Chaka Traore but he will not be working with Abate today because he is with Stefano Pioli’s first team, having signed a long-term renewal with the club last week.
In his place two stars from the U17 and U16 team will be promoted. The first is Mattia Liberali who recently signed his first professional deal, and the second is viral sensation Francesco Camarda.

Poor Stomach..he should go on loan or something. Nice box to box mid but heavy on the tackles. Some.of these guys I’m wondering if they’re doing a disservice to their careers by staying in the Primavera 🤷♂️
