AC Milan are already making plans for the summer Mecrato and while a lot will depend on the top-four race, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara cannot wait. Ruben Loftus-Cheek is one of the players they are moving for.
Milan have been linked with the Chelsea midfielder for quite some time, with their admiration expressed already during the games in the Champions League group stage last year. This summer, therefore, the Rossoneri could make a serious attempt.
According to Calciomercato.com, talks are underway between the parties and Loftus-Cheek is open to joining Milan. His entourage is currently working to understand what the stance of Chelsea is, but they are for sure open to sale.
Per the report, Chelsea intend to start the negotiations by asking for €25m. Milan already have the ‘yes’ of Loftus-Cheek and his contract will expire in 2024, meaning the Rossoneri are very confident about obtaining a substantial discount. And Chelsea need to sell, given their recent spending.
