CM: The latest on Kalulu, Loftus-Cheek and Krunic ahead of Juventus clash

By Oliver Fisher -

While the international break is still in full swing, those available to Stefano Pioli are preparing for the game against Juventus in just over a week.

Calciomercato.com have provided some updates on four players in view of the game in eight days, starting with forward Noah Okafor returned to carry out the entire training session with the squad.

The Swiss forward – who returned from the retreat with his national team – had a few days of rest following the accident that caused him to cut the arch of his eyebrow but is fine.

There is good news also for Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Rade Krunic and Pierre Kalulu. The three players continued with their recovery work on the pitch, with the aim of returning to group training from Tuesday.

Having increased the workload, the recoveries are proceeding according to plan, with Englishman appearing to be the player most ready to return.

Good feelings are filtering through and barring any last minute surprises, the three players will recover and will be available to Pioli ahead of the match against Juventus.
