CM: Maldini pushing to sign versatile Ajax forward as player gives green light to move

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s interest in signing Dusan Tadic from Ajax is concrete and the player is interested in the move, according to a report.

There is no doubting that the 32-year-old still has bags of ability, as last season he scored 14 goals and added 17 assists in 34 league appearances for the Amsterdam club, and netted a further 7 goals across other competitions.

He has 76 goals and 70 assists in 149 games for Ajax overall, which certainly suggests that he is a talisman the club would not be too thrilled to lose, but it might be that he wants one more big adventure before his career is over.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, the Tadic idea is a concrete one and the player would be enthusiastic about joining Milan, having already given his approval to the idea of a move. He is the target of Maldini in particular and a precise choice given he can play in all roles in the attack, but now an agreement with Ajax must be found.
