Agent Jorge Mendes wants to take his client Rafael Leao from AC Milan to Wolves but faces two major obstacles, it is claimed.
After a big money move from Lille, Leao found it hard to break into the starting XI and keep his place, even despite the impact of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s arrival and the good relationship between the two.
However, the 21-year-old is one of a number of players who have picked up massively since the resumption of Serie A after what had been until then a very difficult season for the young Portuguese striker.
According to the latest from Calciomercato.com journalist Daniele Longo on Twitter, his agent Jorge Mendes wants to take Leao to Wolverhampton, the Premier League club where he has a huge influence.
Nonetheless, the player doesn’t want to move and Milan do not want to sell after just 12 months, meaning there are two huge obstacles at present.
