AC Milan and Liverpool have been joined by another top European club in the race to land Schalke defender Ozan Kabak, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com recently reported how Milan have a remaining €15m worth of budget from the summer window that was not spent as their pursuits of Kabak, Simakan and Fofana all failed.
The budget will not be extraordinary due to the crisis caused by the pandemic, but a large part of it will be devoted to the search for a strong and talented central defender.
Kabak is among the names that continues to be frequently linked with a move to the Rossoneri despite the failed attempt in the summer, but it seems there is strong competition.
According to what is being reported by Calciomercato.com, Paolo Maldini and co. face competition not only from Liverpool if they want to land the 20-year-old Turkey international, but now also from Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain, also keen on bolstering their defensive ranks.
