AC Milan are confident that they will soon reach an agreement with Mino Raiola over the renewal of Gianluigi Donnarumma, a report claims.
The Donnarumma saga feels like it has been ongoing for some time now and up until recent weeks there seems to have been some doubts about whether the 21-year-old would renew with his boyhood club.
However, recent reports have suggested that after ongoing talks with his agent Raiola the two parties are moving closer towards agreeing an extension of his current contract, which is set to expire in June 2021.
According to what is being reported by Calciomercato.com, Milan are moving ‘forward with confidence’ in talks over Donnarumma’s renewal. Not only that, but they are ‘optimistic’ that they will soon find a total agreement with Raiola and there will soon be pen on paper.
The outlet adds that there is a figure which at the moment seems likely to be one that strikes agreement between all parties: €7.5m net per season plus bonuses.
