Boulaye Dia’s future is up in the air ahead of the summer transfer window with AC Milan among the teams to have expressed an interest, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com recall how just 12 months ago Dia scored a goal against Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final and now he is firing Salernitana to safety having netted 15 goals and added 6 assists in the league this season.
However, the ‘love story’ between the 26-year-old and Salernitana will not last long. He is attracting interest from West Ham United in the Premier League, with the Granata president Iervolino ready to pay the €12m to buy him permanently from Villarreal and sell for at least €30m in the summer.
In recent days Salernitana also spoke about Dia with Milan, who expressed a certain liking for the player but not for the high economic demands. Fiorentina are also concretely thinking about him as they search for a top striker to support Arthur Cabral.
