AC Milan have blocked the exit of Pierre Kalulu because they believe he represents the present and the future of the club, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com confirm that Bayern Munich came forward and expressed an interest in signing Kalulu, because they are looking for a possible and potential replacement for Benjamin Pavard who wants to go to Inter.
They held some discussions with Kalulu’s agents, having wanted to sign the versatile defender since his time in the youth sector at Lyon where the Rossoneri signed him from.
It was thanks to the signal from Geoofrey Moncada and his team of scouts that Milan moved quickly, closing one of the most important free transfers (albeit with small compensation) in recent years.
Milan have not yet had any direct contact with Bayern Munich but have reiterated to Kalulu’s agents that he is not for sale. Stefano Pioli doesn’t want to deprive himself of such an important player and, barring surprises, he will be satisfied.
“…Milan land Kalulu over Bayern”. Where does it say that in the original article? It says Bayern contacted Milan about Kalulu, and the title is presenting it like Bayern was interested a couple of years ago and Milan got him in front of them…
“having wanted to sign the versatile defender since his time in the youth sector at Lyon where the Rossoneri signed him from.”
Right there^
Geoffrey Moncada.
What a hire by Gazidis and Elliott.
Kalulu said: Maldini’s call made him to join Milan
But the article shows Moncada and his team moved quickly 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
