CM: Origi’s farewell seems certain – Milan’s asking price as Fenerbahce come forward

By Oliver Fisher -

Divock Origi’s farewell seems more and more likely, and a club from Turkey have come forward to express a strong interest in signing him.

Origi has only scored two goals in the league and even though they were both stunners, Calciomercato.com report that the Milan management have the feeling that the striker just hasn’t settled in at the club and that his physical condition is not the best.

As it stands there is a big chance that Origi will play in the Turkish Super Lig next season. Several clubs have enquired, with Fenerbahce appearing to be the one with the most serious intentions.

The Istanbul club will do everything possible to convince the former Liverpool man to accept a move there, and from Milan’s point of view the possible sale – for at least €10m – would generate a pure capital gain.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are hunting for a new striker and the more budget they have to sign one the better. Something is also starting to move in the Premier League too regarding Origi, a place that he knows well.
