While there are holes in the first team squad that must be plugged, there is also work ongoing to reinforce the youth sector at AC Milan by signing more talents.
Milan’s recent track record shows that they have scouts watching games not only abroad but in youth team games around Europe. The likes of Pierre Kalulu, Milos Kerkez, Dariusz Stalmach, Alex Jimenez, Alexander Simmelhack, Jan-Carlo Simic and others have arrived to bolster the youth ranks.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are following two profiles that they believe could become starts in the future, with the first being Mattia Marello of Udinese (who Di Marzio also reported on) and the other being Ruud Nijstad of FC Twente.
The former is an Italy U16 international and is actually three days older than Francesco Camarda, playing mostly as a left wing-back, while the latter was the subject of glowing reports from Milan scouts and they are ready to bet on him. Inter were also on his trail, but now it seems to have pulled back.
