The ‘Fab Four’ return?
As Sky (via Calciomercato.com) report, Antonio Conte is considering fielding the ‘Fab Four’ from the start. The coach is thinking of using the midfield quartet of Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Kevin De Bruyne, Stanislav Lobotka and Scott McTominay.
Conte’s idea also stems from the fact that the Napoli coach himself believes in a comeback for the Scudetto. The Azzurri have made up ground on Inter and Milan, who are now seven and one point ahead, respectively.
A victory over the Rossoneri would also allow the reigning Italian champions to put even more pressure on Cristian Chivu’s team. Having the diamond in midfield that Conte intended from game one would certainly help.
Massimiliano Allegri is plotting his own tactical surprises for the game, including the possibility of shifting to a three-man attack, even if there are doubts about both Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic.
