CorSera: Milan face difficult Donnarumma renewal – conditions outlined for Juventus ambush

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is being monitored by Juventus amid his complex contract situation, a report claims.

A new crossroads has emerged regarding Donnarumma’s future just as it did in 2017 as his current deal expires in 2021, meaning a renewal must be agreed before next season or Milan must consider selling the 21-year-old to avoid the risk of losing him on a free next year.

According to Friday’s edition of newspaper il Corriere della Sera (via CM.it), it will not be easy to deal with Raiola who could ask for an extension of only one season or the insertion of an affordable release clause.

That is why Juventus remain vigilant and could plot an ambush, even if they recently secure a renewal of their own number one in Szczesny until 2024.

An attractive offer from abroad to sell the Poland international – the Premier League always the most likely – would open the doors for a possible sale and would also fund a move for Donnarumma.
