AC Milan head coach Marco Giampaolo would reportedly not stand in the way of Krzysztof Piatek’s exit amid links with Manchester United and Barcelona.
The Poland international has struggled this season so far, netting two penalties but having scored just once from open play in his last 12 competitive games.
Calciomercato.it – who cited sources in Spain – recently reported though that Barcelona want the Poland international to replace Luis Suarez.
Reports on both Pianeta Milan and Calciomercato.it earlier on Thursday then suggested that Manchester United are also keen on a move for the €40-50m rated striker.
According to il Corriere dello Sport – as cited by Calciomercato.it – Giampaolo would not oppose the departure of the former Genoa striker in January.
On Saturday the head coach is even expected to bench Piatek, with Rafael Leao to start as the centre-forward, flanked by Ante Rebic and Suso on the wings
