AC Milan are not likely to be facing Romelu Lukaku on Friday evening as his arrival at AS Roma has likely come too late for him to play a part, a report claims.
As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport this morning (via Milan News), the Belgian striker is not expected to face a Milan team that he has often played very well against during his time with Inter.
Lukaku arrived in Rome on Tuesday to a huge welcome from the Giallorossi fans at Ciampino airport and he is going to link up with the squad at Trigoria on Wednesday.
The club has not actually officially announced his arrival yet but he will be a Roma player this season after the loan deal was agreed with Chelsea, where he was frozen out of the project.
Roma have not enjoyed a strong start to the season and Milan will be the favourites to win on Friday night.
