Artem Dovbyk is the latest striker to be linked with a move to AC Milan, and a report has claimed that he would be tempted by the move.
Milan will invest in a new centre-forward this summer and a number of different names have been linked such as Joshua Zirkzee, Benjamin Sesko, Serhou Guirassy and Santiago Gimenez. All have various obstacles, mostly cost and competition related, which is why the idea of a ‘Mr. X’ remains.
According to Corriere dello Sport (via Radio Rossonera), Dovbyk is also Milan’s list in view of the opening of the summer mercato after an outstanding season with Girona, who were the surprise package in LaLiga last season.
He registered 25 goals for the season and 10 assists across all competitions, which as a result means that the 26-year-old has attracted the attention of several top clubs even if Girona are preparing for a campaign in the Champions League.
The paper speaks more specifically about Milan’s interest in Dovbyk and how the player might view it: “The Ukrainian central striker has a long contract, the deadline is set for 2028 and his valuation has risen after the excellent year. But any proposal from Milan would certainly make him waver.”
Make it happen, spend the money!!
Much better option then Gimenez. And from at least from what i have seen it seems like he has a wider attacking arsenal than those other we are linked to. Good in the air, hold up play, assists, shooting etc.

If Artem Dovbyk is indeed the guy moneyball find, then I don’t mind. I’d strongly agree with them.
Id rather him than most flops we been linked with. He’s release clause is said to be 40M
This is a good move if it happens. However lets then spend on a proper CB like Buongiorno or Scalvini.

Scalvini has ACL injury so that might affect him
Scalvini got ACL injury and will be out till february 2025. No club want to buy him this summer. Even after he recovery , his form will be down like chiesa
Dovbyk should have been the first choice on Milan list. 2nd choice should have been Sorloth. Both are two good experienced strikers. 3rd choice should be Jonathan David.
These 3 strikers are the most affordable and they are still young players under 30.
Sorloth is a poor striker. David is too short.
First choice for me. Then Gimenez as second choice. Make this happen. I can’t imagine he would come cheap though.
I bet the real targets Milan are evaluating aren’t even circulating in the media yet.
