AC Milan are focusing on signing Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko for the midfield but there is still a difference on valuation, a report claims.
The Rossoneri are in desperate need of midfield reinforcements this summer with Lucas Biglia having left as his contract expired, meaning at the moment there are no real alternatives to Franck Kessie and Ismael Bennacer except Rade Krunic, who has been linked with Torino.
According to il Corriere dello Sport on Friday (via MilanLive), Bakayoko remains a major target for Milan, whose idea is to offer Chelsea a maximum of €20m for his permanent arrival.
The Blues, at the moment, are asking for a little more but there seems to be room to negotiate. The player’s willingness to return to the Rossoneri can make a difference in the talks, and there are already several reports suggesting he has agreed a salary cut to try and seal a dream return.
