Strahinja Pavlovic has ended up on Crystal Palace’s radar ahead of the summer transfer window and according to a report, the English side could submit a €30m bid to AC Milan.
Lots of movement is expected this summer, in fact it has already started, with Milan set to part ways with Tijjani Reijnders and potentially even Mike Maignan. As such, the Rossoneri will need to make some targeted reinforcements in order to remain competitive.

Max Allegri, the new head coach, has shared his thoughts with Igli Tare on how he wants the team to look for next season. Among the requests made, as reported by Gazzetta dello Sport recently, he has asked the club to keep hold of Pavlovic.
Crystal Palace prepare €30m bid
According to The Sun, Crystal Palace’s manager Oliver Glasner wants to reinforce the defence ahead of next season, with European football on the cards for the club. Marc Guehi is expected to leave the club and the manager has identified Pavlovic as the perfect replacement.

It’s not the first time that the Serbian has been mentioned in the Palace environment and according to the report, the English side are ready to put €30m (£25m) on the table. It’s believed that Milan want around £40 for the player, but given the financial situation, they might accept a lower figure.
It remains to be seen if the two clubs can find a compromise, or if Milan will even entertain the negotiations given Allegri’s desire to keep the club. However, it should be noted that the manager also wanted to keep Maignan, who now looks destined to join Chelsea.

Hilarious that all our players are legitimately close to leaving.
Im not a big fan of Pavlovic , clearly he was the cheaper option to Buongiorno. But he has grinta and is comfortable as LCB in back 4 or back 3.
This does seem what Redbird wanted, so fan complaints don’t mean much. They turn a profit through player trading, leveraging the historic name of Milan to attract on the cheap and sell higher, dont retain stars… Meanwhile no chance in hell of winning UCL or Serie A.
Every season is a “revolution” or ” rebuilding year” but its getting so repetitive now its obvious this was their business plan all along.
This is ‘The Sun’ and you are commenting like they know something about an Italian club, are you ok?
So a random newspaper will post about one of our players and you’ll proceed to have a meltdown, is that the Milan fanbase way?
Agreed the Sun is not credible. But that doesnt discredit my main point. It was laughed off when there were rumors Chelsea would sign Maignan for peanuts.
Something isn’t right at Milan, behind the scenes. We are going the way of Man United, you dont stay a big club forever just on name alone.
“Agreed the Sun is not credible. But that doesnt discredit my main point. It was laughed off when there were rumors Chelsea would sign Maignan for peanuts.”
No, it wasn’t. He’s 30 and has a year left on his contract, anyone who thought we’d get more than €30 million is out of their minds.
Yeah and now suddenly Pavlovich is good 😂
If this is true sell him and be happy and oraise the management.
They cursed him whole year but now they consider him as key player LOL
No people want Italians throughout the team so go sell all the non Italians. This is what a lot of fans on this website keep saying so be happy. Tara is the one responsible and Allegri for convincing a player to stay and this is never solely on the owner.
How can you not be a fan of Pavlovic? Of course you are. He is the only person who plays for the shirt.
Has to be fake news, given the source it likely is, but still. He was easily our best CB last year with Gabbia. Tomori is the one who should be sold, full stop. He’s fallen off miles, and angrily blames others for his mistakes. Some epl team will happily overpay for him to fill their English quota
I actually like Pav more than a lot of folks on here.
I don’t think he benefitted from the coaching changes, system changes and general chaos last year.
But he has the physical tools and the right attitude and willingness to fight for the team that many others don’t.
Hope Milan keeps him, I tink he will improve with Allegri.
I’m not against his departure. With 30 millions we can get Lucumi from Bologna , a much better defender, similar profile.
Sell. We buy him 18 million. Sell for 30 million. This is profitable deal. 12 million profit.
“It’s believed that Milan want around £40 for the player”
I really hope there a letter M missing from the sum… 😀 😀 😀 😀
I like Pavlo, hope he stays. An unpolished diamond, that will be a great defender in a few years.
If we are to play with 3 CB he is a good choice but if the news are true about Allegri will use 4 backs i think its better to sold him, he is too agressive to play as 2 CB
Sell him. Pavlovic lack the basics skills of how to defend wingers. They always cut in on his right and score because Pavlovic always run ahead of the winger and the ball instead of being in line with the wingers and the ball to force them out wide.
This guy is erratic and always rushing his pass when under pressure. I think Milan should go all out for calafiori.
