Curva Sud Dec 19 Statement

Curva Sud announce they will not be present for Juventus clash again – photo

When AC Milan travel to face Juventus in January, the Rossoneri will be without some of their most vocal supporters due to a protest being repeated from last year.

Last season, there were issues for Milan fans when trying to buy tickets in the away end at the Juventus Stadium, due to Rossonero having to make an account with the Bianconeri to purchase any tickets, which created problems for fans.

Despite the backlash to this decision last season, no alternative method has been provided again this season, so the Curva have announced that they will not be present at the game, whilst also encouraging fans to support their decision in a statement on Instagram, but this is not a protest against the team, it should be clarified.

“Given the sales methods that greatly penalise organised supporters, with compulsory registration on the Juve website to buy tickets and supporter cards, which are compulsory for purchase, only working in a few cases (with the impossibility of changing names), we have decided to desert the away match at the Stadium again this year. We invite all Rossoneri fans not to buy tickets for the guest sector.”

  1. So because the curva prefers anonymity (I wonder why …) when buying tickets away doesn’t mean the rest of the fans have to stay away or withdraw their support due to their weird cause. Basically they don’t want their names in a database is what’s happening

    1. Seems to be a true fan of the club you have to support the “truest fans” first. By truest, of course I mean those who are always there for the club and the players, who never complain in FB, who spend their weekends selling drugs as exclusive vendors in the stadium, who get tickets for 5-10 EUR and sell those to regular fans with a multiplier, those who need to extort the owners for their ‘rights’ above, but have to start licking their boots immediately after they get a green light on their ‘rights’.

If you don’t support the Curva you are not a true fan. Go in Torino, watch and cheer for your team, you big-time loser!

        1. Well apparently not every week… Or when they are protesting, trying to make it all about them, staying silent during matches. Self-important, attention seeking babies. Not to mention criminals and thugs.

        2. I’m sure most of the ultras are fine ordinary people, but their leaders demonstrated on numerous occasions they are out of place and with no regards for the club and the players. What a moron would propose to not support your team against Juve as a sign of protest against Juve. As a next step they can propose we play with no GK and put Leao as CB so that Juve learn their lesson…

  2. Finally Fonseca is giving chance to our youth talents.
I believe they should start preparing the next season.
But ,, Mister ” should be replaced as soon as possible
