Manchester United are the other English club mentioned and they have been repeatedly linked with a move for him over the past few years. De Gea and Henderson are not giving Solskjaer many guarantees, so it could be that they move seriously for Gigio.
PSG are also in the running as sporting director Leonardo knows Donnarumma well and would like to bring him to France, perhaps helped by his friendship with Raiola. Finally, there is Juventus.
