The deal that was set to see Daniel Maldini join Hellas Verona on an initial loan has now run into some difficulties, according to a report.
There is a crossroads for Daniel Maldini to face as he will have to decide whether to stay at Milan and continue his growth or leave to get more playing time. Last season he only managed 239 minutes of game time spread over 13 appearances across all competitions, though he did get his first senior goal netting the opener against Spezia with a header in a 2-1 win in September.
According to what is being reported by MilanNews, the idea of a loan move to Hellas Verona is now complicated. At the moment the main disagreement is over the formula of the deal, with Verona not keen on the initially proposed loan with option to buy plus buy-back in Milan’s favour.
However, the operation has not completely collapsed and instead solutions are being tried.
