Charles De Ketelaere took part in the friendly between Club Brugge and Utrecht, playing for 45 minutes, but AC Milan are not worried about the situation.
MilanNews report how there has been persistent speculation that De Ketelaere would be left out of friendlies while his move to Milan is being negotiated, but this was not the case yesterday as he featured for the first half, and in all likelihood he will play on Sunday in the Belgian Super Cup.
Many have presumed that the fact he is back playing (after missing the friendly against Copenhagen last weekend) means the deal is far from being concluded, but in actual fact positive signs arrived yesterday, and Milan can ‘smile’.
Milan’s offer of €28m plus €3m in bonuses is not far from that requested by the Belgian club and it is plausible to think that everything could be closed for the beginning of next week, in order to get medical examinations done and to make him available to Stefano Pioli.
Fingers crossed we get this guy
