MN: Fourth and final derby arrives with a trip to Rome up for grabs

By Oliver Fisher -

The fourth derby of the season between Inter and AC Milan will take place tonight and it is certainly the game with the most riding on it.

MilanNews reports how tonight’s game at San Siro at 9pm CEST between the Nerazzurri and the Rossoneri is very finely poised following the first leg stalemate, and the game carries added wait because there is not only a spot in the final up for grabs but also some potential momentum in the Scudetto race.

Inter failed to get the away goal which means a scoring draw (1-1, 2-2, 3-3 etc.) would see Milan through, while a win for either side would obviously be enough and a 0-0 draw would see extra-time and possibly penalties.

Seven weeks have passed since that game, and tonight’s match will be refereed by Maurizio Mariani with his assistants Costanzo and Passeri, while the fourth official will be Abisso. Mazzoleni will be the VAR chief, with Tolfo his assistant.
