AC Milan have held further talks with Brest over a move for Romain Faivre and hope to close a deal including bonuses, a report claims.
According to the latest from Gianluca Di Marzio for Sky Italia (via MilanPosts), there have been further contacts between Milan and Brest for Romain Faivre. Not only that, but the Rossoneri seemingly have another offer in mind as they are hoping to complete a deal worth €15m, formed of €12m in fixed fee and €3m in bonuses.
Everything seems to be pointing towards Faivre being Milan’s number one target as they look to give head coach Stefano Pioli a new playmaker before the window closes on Tuesday, with multiple sources claiming that an initial €10m bid was sent by Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.
Brest sporting director Grégory Lorenzi seemingly confirmed that Milan are in talks over a deal for the 23-year-old earlier today, but insisted that a deal is far from being completed.
