AC Milan midfielder Brahim Diaz broke a personal record when he grabbed AC Milan’s second goal against Napoli in Serie A on Sunday night.
As has been noted by Milan News, the Spanish midfielder is now on five league goals for the season which is more than he has ever managed to score before.
Having played for both Manchester City and Real Madrid in the Premier League and La Liga before, Diaz has never reached the five-goal mark before.
He scored and assisted in the 4-0 win over Napoli, which is the third time he has done that in his Serie A career. The others were against Torino in 2021 and Udinese in 2022.
There is mystery around Diaz’s future at Milan given he is set to return to Real Madrid from his loan in the summer.
Milan would like to keep him and he would like to stay but they must buy him from the Spanish side.
