Dragusin’s agent confirms Milan interest amid rumours of €25-30m Spurs move

By Oliver Fisher -

The agent of Radu Dragusin has confirmed that AC Milan are interested in signing his client but he also revealed that a Premier League move is his ‘dream’.

Dragusin is catching the eye of many clubs in Serie A and around Europe as he continues to show himself to be one of the most talented young defenders in the league, having settled in well at Genoa since leaving Juventus.

Milan find themselves in a great defensive emergency, with the likes of Fikayo Tomori, Malick Thiaw and Pierre Kalulu all not returning before February or March, and Dragusin is a name who has repeatedly linked.

Speaking on TV Play, Florin Manea – the agent of Dragusin – spoke about his client’s future amid the rumours he could make a move to a top side in Italy or even to the Premier League this month.

“If Tottenham reaches an agreement with Genoa, then we’ll sit down and talk. His dream is the Premier League,” he said (via Sportitalia).

“The last meeting lasted three weeks, let’s wait to understand how the negotiation goes. Italy? Milan are also interested, but they need to talk to Genoa. It costs 25/30 million. Napoli? They’ve never contacted me.”

His agent previously mentioned Milan in an interview last week, while it is worth noting that Fabrizio Romano is reporting Dragusin has accepted all details of Tottenham’s contract offer and that Spurs and Genoa ‘remain in talks to get the deal done very soon’.
