El Transistor: Milan wrap up deal for versatile Real Madrid starlet – the buy-out option

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have closed a deal with Real Madrid for highly-rated attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz, a report from Spain has claimed.

Milan are believed to have been locked in talks with the LaLiga side over the possible signing of Brahim Diaz, with Los Blancos not wanting to lose control over the 21-year-old who they still clearly rate highly.

However, Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio (via MilanNews) reported on Monday night that Milan are getting closer and closer to closing the deal for Brahim, with optimism that the white smoke could arrive on Tuesday.

According to El Transistor‘s show for Onda Cero, Milan have indeed agreed a deal for the playmaker – who can also play as a winger – which will be a loan with option to buy set at €18-20m.

Interestingly, there is no mention in their report of a potential buy-back clause in favour of Real Madrid despite the fact Sky reported there will be one.

More details are expected to emerge in the coming hours and days regarding the specifics of the operation.
