Real Madrid have become the latest team to be linked with a move for AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
There is no agreement in place with Milan yet regarding the extension of Donnarumma’s current deal, which expires in June 2021, and despite the fact the 21-year-old wants to stay speculation continues to swirl regarding his future.
CorSera (via ESPN) reported yesterday that PSG sporting director Leonardo has had Donnarumma on his wish list ever since he made the move to the French capital after leaving his job at the Rossoneri.
According to DefensaCentral, Real Madrid also have a strong interest in the Italy international and are great admirers of the young goalkeeper, with Los Blancos already thinking about replacing Thibaut Courtois.
The opportunity to sign Donnarumma on a free transfer is also an idea that appeals to Florentino Perez, and there would be no problem for the LaLiga giants to present him with an offer that includes a big pay rise.
