Yunus Musah has already packed his bags and is just waiting for the green light to leave for Napoli, but he will have to wait a bit longer.
According to the latest from Calciomercato.com, Musah has already reached a full agreement with the Serie A champions over four or five-year contract worth €2.5m net per season. The negotiation with Milan is at a very advanced stage, contacts between the clubs are continuous, but it isn’t closed yet.

Milan ask for more
Milan want to sell Musah and Napoli wants to buy Musah, meaning all the conditions are there to conclude a well-set negotiation. The first offer from the Azzurri was around €20m while the Diavolo started with a request for €30m.
It is a distance that was reduced by the relaunch of Napoli, who produced an that went up to €25m, but the CEO Giorgio Furlani is still not satisfied. Giovanni Manna is abroad but is working hard with Milan to iron out the last details.
Musah is getting closer, but the last bit of distance must be overcome with the same intensity shown at the beginning of the negotiation. Conte is waiting for the second signing in midfield after Kevin De Bruyne, convinced that the former Valencia player has the ideal characteristics for his style.

Take the 25 and be happy with it, Milan is going to push too hard
and Napoli will walk away……
Honestly, 25mil is already a gift from heavens. Could Furlani make a mess of this too??
Nah should give it to you, obviously you know how to run everything better, right?
Lets just show Napoli that we will bend over to whatever they ask
Dude you’re always wrong about everything. They met us in the middle and that’s more than enough for this donkey. Didn’t you say we weren’t going to sell anyone this offseason?
donkey will defend another donkeys..
You gave a basic understanding of numbers, right? LOL!!!
Like when one number is higher than another?
Like, if someone offers your more money than what you paid for a fringe player who can’t find his footing at the club for two years, like that’s a win?
Maybe not… ?
Dude you are so negative about everything and anytime fans criticise the management you are always defending them. This management is ruining Milano. Building a team of foreigners with no true Italian identity!!
Only Napoli fans will be happy if we sold him at their price not our price
Boulden the positive guy speaks again. I wish everyone was so happy as him.
If this rat Furlani can’t close this deal he needs to be fired. Take the 25 for this donkey and run! Our management has to go down as one of the most incompetent in all of sports.
This!!! Just when you think the management has found the limits for their incompetence they do something like this!!! 25M€ is 25M€ more than anyone would deserve for selling him!!! FFS!!!!!
25mil for this guy is already bizzare offer. Get the money and run before Napoli will realize what they are doing…
Watch Furlani f this one up. Unbelievable. 25m is more than enough. There are better and cheaper options in Serie A. Smh
I think the rumor’s are that they are negotiating over bonuses.
Holding out on him at 25 mill? Are they out of their minds?
If they sell cheap we complain, if they negotiate higher, we still complain they are asking for too much.
Only you guys think Musah isn’t a good player, they will close the deal at a suitable price.
Their beloved Conte wants him, that might be a clue. Musah is 22 and dripping with talent, he just needs a coach/environment (which mean Milan probably isn’t the right place for him) to help him learn the mental part of the game. Ppl forget he was the best player on the pitch vs RM in the CL. Young players often make mistakes especially when they aren’t played in any one position regularly. These are the same ppl that chased CDK out of town, never satisfied only complain.
I was one of the few people around here who never wanted us to sell cdk but that guy also had a clear talent but was extremely unlucky while with us. Musah has been playing for us for 2 years and besides of a couple of matches has basically never shown anything except his willingness to fight and run for the team,
I never wanted us to hire Conte but some people make it sounds like everything he touches turns into gold and that he is absolutely infallible well guess what he coached Emerson Royal for two season so guess that makes him worldclass doesnt it 😀
You missed the point if you think I was saying everything he touches turns to gold. I was saying the same ppl that rate Conte so high partly because of his ability to develop players and recognize talent are roasting a player the coach wants. It’s ironic…
Your Emerson point has no bearing on this thread.
Ok my bad then Nelli but your initial sentence kinda got me the impression that you felt he saw his talent.
In regard of Royal we he did utilize him for 2 seasons and its not like he has become an impressive talent under his tenure.
In the end Musah might do great with them but he certainly hasn’t offered much for us.
Yeah if the learns to do anything except run and dribble he could be good. If Conte manges to make him score. Then i applaud him. He should buy Fofana two and make him a goal machine… Napolis parking lot wouldn’t be happy 😅
Easy man, they just need something to release the anger about their miserable life
25 million is already enough for musah i would even be happy for 20 million he has been useless at his time here
I would even be happy to see him leave for free.
FFS HE’S RUINING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t f*** this up!!!
Furlani , hey you little weasel…you wasn’t so hard on Tiji’s deal with Man City…there you should have asked for 70 million fixed and 15 million bonuses for the best midfielder in Serie A and one of the best in the world . Now you try to be hard with Napoli in Musah deal ? Be aware, maybe the deal will collapse. 25 millions for this player it’s a great gift from Napoli. Take it and run fast as you can…😆
Conte wants him, Musah isn’t that bad(he had his moment too)
25m is interesting, Milan playing hard ball but sure closing this deal suitably for both parties.
Clown show, this is the player you demand more for?
The fact that furlani still has the final say over tare is outrageous. Let the man work in peace. All furlani should be doing is setting him a budget excluding sales and let him get to work.
I still think he’s going to come good somewhere. I actually think he’d pair well with Modric – Modric is the brains and passing while Musah is the muscle and does the running and ball-carrying.
De Bruyne + Musah sounds a lot better than what we’re likely to have next year. It would have been great to get De Bruyne.
Also, furlani is complaining about musah to a club like napoli who don’t have money, while many can argue that we could have got more for reijnders from oil rich man city and he doesn’t bat an eye.
Why is Furlani doing the negociation ?
What’s the point of having Tare ?
Furlani should stick to what he does best: staying in the office, dealing with the numbers and keeping his stup!d mouth shut.
If Furlani is dealing with transfers again we can write off the season already. Did he at least bring Ibra the Redbird mascot?
Sometimes you want to laugh at certain headlines and you do but then it slowly dissipates and then it turns to a sigh, then a facepalm and then a bad feeling in your stomach that it could actually be true because it’s these muck ups in management after all 😳
Nobody knows the actual numbers offered, and how the payment is spread (e.g. 25 million spread over 10 years). But 25 million is way more than what Mussah has shown. I would say 10 million is a bit high.
Of course, once we sell him he’ll become the new seedorf at Napoli, lol
musa + 50m = Osi
Musa should not be sold for anything less than 30 million. He is a very technical and fast player, and he needs some trust from the coach.
Give Musah another cans!!! We will regret this sale 100%
Napoli are not stupid to overpay for the terrible players you sign furlani
This is a sale that people may regret in a year. A young player, who played under two managers last year and with no set position (or wrong position- he is not an attacking mid) or team strategy. WTF could go wrong. He played well when he was used as an eight midfielder helping out Calabria.
