Gallery: ‘The new AC Milan’, ‘Lang for the attack’ – Today’s front pages of Italian papers

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan will be looking to defend the Scudetto this upcoming season and in order to do that, they need a few signings this summer. Work is already underway on that front, as you would expect.

The Rossoneri are expected to have a decent market, especially given the recent takeover of RedBird Capital. The latter’s CEO and founder, Gerry Cardinale, is keen on showing his intentions immediately.

On their front page, Gazzetta Dello Sport wrote the following: “The new AC Milan. The Cardinale-Maldini axis is born. Now Sanches, then Scamacca”.

Tuttosport also focused on Cardinale: “Milan, the Cardinale situation. ‘My first signing is Maldini'”. Corriere Dello Sport focused on the interest in Noa Lang: “Lang for the attack of Milan”.
