Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo could celebrate his 20th birthday with new team-mates at AC Milan, according to a report.
Speculation surrounding the Frenchman has intensified over the past week as we reported on Friday that Todibo is a major target, with Milan looking to reinforce their defensive department in the January window.
Fabrizio Romano then reported that Todibo has given the green light to complete a move to Milan, with a €25m asking price set.
On Monday, La Gazzetta dello Sport broke the news that Milan and Barcelona have now reached an agreement regarding the 19-year-old, with just personal terms to be agreed.
According to the same outlet – as cited by MilanNews.it – Milan are hoping to have Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Milanello on 30 December when the team return after a short Christmas break, and they would like to have Todibo there too.
The former Toulouse star turns 20 years old on December 30th, has an ‘excellent chance’ of celebrating his birthday with his new team-mates, the paper adds.
The report concludes by confirming that there is an agreement in place with Barcelona, but an agreement with the player must still be found.
