After just two seasons, AC Milan are reportedly ready to part ways with veteran midfielder Lucas Biglia.
Ever since his arrival at the San Siro, the Argentine has had his ups and downs, and the 33-year-old was also the victim of a series of injury that kept him way from the pitch for a good part of the season.
With the consistency of Bakayoko throughout the season, his return from injury didn’t allow him to walk straight back to the starting eleven. However, that is not the primary reason why the midfielder could leave.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, after failing to qualify for the Champions League, Milan will have to let some of their players go in order to balance their books and Biglia, who earns a salary of €3.5m per year, is one of them.
