While AC Milan continue to push for the signing of Tijjani Reijnders they are also looking for another midfielder, with a Bologna star on the wish list.
This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) reports that Milan have made a latest offer for Reijnders worth €25m including a fixed €20m fee and they are confident of getting it over the line.
However, another midfielder will be sought after the Dutchman because the department is in need of almost a full rebuild after the exit of Sandro Tonali.
Yunus Musah of Valencia is a target and personal terms have been agreed, but the management do not intend to raise their €16m offer which is at present below the asking price of Valencia.
The paper mentions that Nicolas Dominguez of Bologna is ‘among the interested spectators’ as Milan sift through targets. Stefano Pioli likes the Argentine a lot, and the 25-year-old is on the list of possible options.

Please do it. Our midfield would at least get some much needed balance. We only have box to box players, while our only playmaker is out for the first half and they cannot hold it down properly.

Bennacer is basically out for most of the season as well if we factor recovery in, add to that Tonali, Bakayoko and Vranckx out and 3 mids in aren’t a luxury, especially if we play 4-3-3z
If he’s available for less than 15m that seems like a bargain. I’d love to see Musah but a known quantity like this would be a great asset with so many unknowns in midfield and add a bit of the missing ‘bite’ since Kessie’s departure
Give Pioli who he wants.
Don’t be cheap Milan, spend some more and get Musah, he’s the best choice.
