GdS: Boost for Chelsea as Milan identify €15m replacement for star man; Inter also keen

A mercato derby may emerge this summer between Milan and Inter for Udinese star Juan Musso, according to a report.

The Rossoneri continue to be linked with a number of goalkeeping targets given the doubts over the future of Gianluigi Donnarumma, whose contract expires at the end of next season with no signs regarding a renewal as of yet.

Reports have suggested Chelsea are serious about landing the 21-year-old, while Juventus, PSG and Real Madrid have also been repeatedly linked.

However, Milan may have already sources a potential replacement, as La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive) are reporting that the club’s hierarchy are keen on Udinese’s Juan Musso.

They are not alone though as Inter have identified the Argentine as a possible long-term replacement for Samir Handanovic, but the paper does state that Milan are more serious in their interest.

The 26-year-old is apparently available for around €15million, which should be considerably less than the capital gain Milan would make from Donnarumma’s potential sale.
