Tonight’s game between Spurs and AC Milan will see Antonio Conte and Stefano Pioli resume what has become a rivalry of sorts, and both will put a lot on the line.
Today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) writes how one game can change everything. Milan come into the match off the back of a difficult start to 2023 which has seen them drop out of the Coppa Italia and the Scudetto race, losing the Supercoppa final too.

However, there is an opportunity to reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the first time since 2012 and should Pioli’s men succeed it will put a much brighter tint on what has been a difficult year so far.
Meanwhile, Conte also has a lot on the line. Reaching the top eight clubs in Europe would release the pressure on his future a bit even if it remains a big unknown at present, and he will be back in the dug out after spending time in Italy following the removal of his gallbladder.
