GdS: Enzo Raiola due in Italy to ‘shield’ Donnarumma after altercation at Milanello

By Oliver Fisher -

Mino Raiola’s cousin Enzo Raiola is due in Italy soon to help protect Gianluigi Donnarumma after Saturday’s events, a report claims.

The Donnarumma saga continues to dominate the headlines, and La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) writes how Saturday’s meeting with the delegation of the Curva Sud at Milanello helped to stir things up even more.

The player’s entourage has no intention of leaving Gigio alone and for this reason Enzo Raiola, Mino’s cousin, will be arriving in Milan to ‘shield’ the young goalkeeper in the coming weeks in light of the incident on Saturday.

Any hopes therefore of the renewal situation not descending into another saga like it did back in 2017 appear to be out of the window, with less than two months until Donnarumma’s contract runs out and nothing to points towards the idea that he will put pen to paper and finally extend his deal beyond the current deadline.
