Some on social media have joked that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is bigger than Serie A and, well, they may just be given more ammunition.
Earlier in the week, Amadeus officially announced that Ibrahimovic will be a regular guest during the next edition of the Sanremo Festival in March. It is a festival which celebrates music will take place at the Ariston Theater and will run from Tuesday 2 March to Saturday 6 March.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive), the presence of Ibra in Sanremo could force Serie A to change their plans, as Milan have a game during that week against Udinese at San Siro at 20:45 CET.
The paper claims that a time change is expected to avoid the festival coinciding with the 25th round of the season, with the idea being that all the midweek matches would be played at 19:00, therefore Ibra could play and then travel to Sanremo.
